You've touched on a poignant point on how sad it is that being genuine isn't a basic human characteristic (anymore). I guess it goes with this era of technology where everyone is able to present themselves to the world with filters, photoshop and editing to their heart's desire that people strongly desire to weed out "the real" from "the fake" and it's all of a sudden become a breath of fresh air.

yes, but to give you a quick answer, i stopped using dry shampoo and took nutrafol supplements. and i tried to not be as stressed out. those three things

Note on the Weston being sick thing: when I went to Costa Rica, I felt totally fine. When I came back, I had a week long adjustment period (to put it kindly) to the water and things, so that’s probably what’s going on. All you can do is ride it out, and have lots of fluids 😊
