Oh man, I do hope the drench stops any Fluke the Ewes had picked up! Something is not making them happy with that lost weight, a pregnant Ewe should be gaining weight daily for her Lambs to be healthy. Still, I bet a little grain will help, and fresh grass will fatten them up quickly. Poor Angus, hope his leg is better! And thanks for showing the Shed as Playroom! Cammy...you asked a while back whether you should do some cattle fattening on your new farm and after consideration I suggest, 'not this year.' I am guessing that your expenses atm are wild. You do need to move your merch business on farm. You do need to set up for this year's lambing. In future seasons feeding out to some store cattle while you are feeding out to lambs makes good sense. But not his year.

You keep saying about should do poo egg counts before worming. In my experience it's not very reliable, we run a horse stud and a vet bought a mare to stud and said don't need worming done a egg count and all fine. The mare had just arrived put her in a stable to settle in she done a poo and if you cupped both hands together, you would have filled your hands up with worms, the vet that owned the mare was mortified.
