What do you do if you have no sizes but 11” balloons and you want a cute balloon garland for your New Year’s backdrop or photo station? We’re going to mimic a full-size balloon garland with just one size of balloons… I’ll show you how!
Then we’ll throw in some ideas to take it to a whole new level by using 260q balloons to make these incredible balloon chains for a totally different vibe to help kick off the new year!
