It started VERY rough for me, with me failing a subject just by one fkin mark in the finals, giving that final again, and then starting my internship late because I was held back for JUST ONE FKIN MARK! But, I turned around my year after August, lost some weight, gained new life saving skills as a Doctor, became a Doctor, practising more and more every breaking day, refining those said life saving skills, conducting a normal delivery all on by my own, and so on. This year was neutral for me, as it should be. The scales should stay that way. Neutral. In harmony. So, this year was an awesome one for me, yeah, the beginning was a turmoil, but turning things around feels so nice. You don't need a new year to focus on your goals, you just need you, and your mind to lock in. Happy New Years in advance, everyone!

If you want to stick to new years resolutions make the startup so easy there's no excuse not to start and then as you start to do it consistently make it a little harder, then a little harder again, etc. For example if you wanna start working out start with like 15-20 mins a day with simple and not too hard exercises then gradually work out for longer and make the workout harder and more intense and then you'll actually stick to your resolutions and when the next new year rolls around you'll physically look better than ever before.

I feel like the biggest offender for people quitting their new year goals, is due to lack of motivation. New year brings that motivation, but if there isnt constant care and motivation, or at least someone that keeps you motivated to keep going towards your goal, is why people think in the end "Its not worth it...". Motivator is a huge factor.

I think the real reason why people stop sticking to their New Years Resolutions after a certain point is because a lot of people have what’s called an “All of Nothing” mindset where they, most likely, accidentally go against their goals once and then just give up and decide that they can’t do it. While consistency is key to improving your life, failing once shouldn’t be a reason to just give up entirely. Don’t let one fall keep you from getting back up and continuing to chase your goals.
