Today I have finally hit my goal of losing 20lbs🥳 It was really slow and steady process... I didn't do any severe restrictions, just slowly cut my calorie intake every 2 weeks until I hit the deficit I needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last stubborn 6lbs). Now I want to slowly integrate more calories until I hit maintenance! The meal plans from Onlymeal help me a lot in the process (it's more like complete fitness assistant, really well designed online tool).

Hey Rem, a few questions for your Q&A: I know it’s none of our business but what happened with you and your last girlfriend? I’m sorry I forgot her name. You say you’ve cut back in the gym. Can you give us an idea of how many days a week, time spent, what you do in there? Maybe a vlog? Any interest in a different car for 2025? Thanks man. Longtime fan from the beginning.

You are so right about diet being the key. I'm 64 and still train hard and hike on off days. But if I don't follow a good nutrition plan you would never know I worked out.

It's a carbs bar that he keeps calling a protein bar. 31 g of carbs for 290 calories and only 20 g of protein is a crime to be called a protein bar.

Pro tip when using fat free cheese…. rinse it first. Sounds weird, but it removes the “film” on the cheese to prevent it from sticking… cooks and tastes better! Just rinse, drain and pat dry before using Love the videos “LESSSSSSSSS DOOOO ITTT” needs to come back

Pro tip: Get basically any other bar. Quest, Pure Protein. Even something newer like Built or David's. And if you want something that tastes super good? Buy a box of Barebells. I'm sorry genuinely Rem idk what you're thinking when all of your recipes use non-caloric sweeteners but your bars are full of sugar. Why?

I’m consistently working out, train an outdoor bootcamp at 57 yo but don’t give a shit about being ripped. Most women don’t either men. 5’11’ and 210! Feeling strong, confident and good is the magic! Quit trying to be something you’ll never be. Just work hard, consistent, and let the rest, do itself.

Question for your Q&A- it's been said that once you pass over 150 grams of protein per day, your body won't take in the excess. I'm weight training 4x a week and eating 150 grams of protein a day weighing at 199. I feel like I should eat more protein to lose more weight faster. What are your thoughts?

Great protein content and macros, but there sure are a lot of processed foods in your recipes. For those of us that are concerned with long-term health, I'm not sure that's good. Also, I'm guessing you supplement with vitamins? Because there are a lot of micro-nutrient holes in that day's worth of eating. I didn't see one vegetable.

The Anabars are a no-go. They have too many carbs and a f*** ton of seed oils. You might as well get the High Protein Snickers bar which has half the ingredient list compared to the Anabars. Please start to think about getting cleaner ingredient recipes and foods.

I used to watch these channels but as I actually pay attention to actual nutrition more closely I realized that there are tons of processed foods in these recipes. The bread alone has a paragraph full of ingredients. I recommend you either be carnivore or a hippie vegan but whatever you do just eat Whole Food. The foods in these videos are going to make you sicker in the long run. The peanut butter is full of seed oil ect.. what you need to do is start getting the taste for Whole Foods and stop your addiction to things that are addictive to your brain
