I have the luminox navy seals 3005 yellow dial from 2003 and still running. This would be a beautiful add ❤️

Great watch. Wears fantastic for the size. I do agree with you on the contrast with this dial and the black dial. Still rocking mine! Thanks again!

I guess if I had a use for this watch, the price would be more palatable.

This is a very cool watch, I would buy it but only at half this price

For a quartz the cost is too much.

One more comment. Most Navy seals do NOT wear these. Most wear gshocks

Very cool and good looking watch but, it's too expensive. Imagine, those price can get a better watch. Theres the Protrek, MRGs, GSTs, highend Chrono Casios, Seiko Solar Chronos and even a very good mechanical from Seiko and Grand Seiko. The World is not getting any richer, so Luminox should wakeup and realize that.

Too expensive for me...wish you had stated the price at the start as I would've stopped watching your video.

It’s to small they should design a 46mm

No thanks. Lot of other great choices out there for less.

Luminox breaks. its a very low end swiss brand

Luminox is a high-end watchmaker based in San Rafael, California. Their watches are Swiss made and are notable for containing tritium inserts, providing long-term luminescence. Just copied from Wikipedia

I'll say again...WAY to expensive for what you get.

@@maverickwatchreviews Hi Mav. My wife bought me a luminox navy seal black/white with T25 on all hours/hands. Paid $200 twenty years ago which is about $400-500 today? They're okay watches....but I would have not paid that amount THEN either. It is very plastic and cheap feeling. It was and is...meh.. on keeping time for a quartz watch. I'd pay no more than $200 for this., as I would only paid $100 ,20 years ago. For $120.00 I have an Orient Ray II that I adjusted--it stays 5+ seconds a day now and the lume is great. Im not bashing Luminox, but not a lot of watch for the money. Plastic,( now some metal) cheap movement and T100 tubes.

@@Splash111 Hi, 20 years ago maybe yes. Just these days case material is Carbon Compound (CARBONOX) and it has Sapphire glass. I would not compare Orient Ray with automatic movement (where is precision in seconds /a day) with Ronda Quartz (where is precision in seconds /a month) :-) btw. Luminox has also automatic movement see model XS.3875

These look good. Just not interested in the association with Grylls. If they did a Bruce Parry hook-up, I'd be all over it.

Why are you not interested in the association with Bear Grylls?

@@maverickwatchreviews His identity is all over the marketing of the watch but I just don't watch his shows or take an interest in his work. Maybe I'm being silly, but it's hard to separate a watch from the person when it's marketed like that, and I just don't follow the guy. One for the fans?

@@slimjim4981 there was a show on the BBC about 15 years ago where a guy called Bruce Parry went and lived with various tribes. Wherever he was he was generally bad at routine hunting, lost all his body weight, and took a load of psychedelics that made him dark introspective. Compelling TV. And now I'm wondering what watch he wore through the series...
