INGREDIENTS
2 pack of biscuits
melted butter
400g cheesecream
120g granulated sugar
200g sour cream / yogurt
150ml heavy cream / fresh cream
2eggs
2tbsp corn flour
1/2 lemon juice
Bake at 180degree C for 30min and then down the temperature to 150degree C for 30min. Leave the cake in fridge overnight.
