Very interesting! The macaroni look delicious, and appears to be a very desirable replacement for a bun. The hamburger patties are too rare for my taste, and I don't think undercooked hamburger meat is really healthy or safe. The huge amount of cheese put on the hamburger is very cool.

That beef is raw. You can eat steak that rare, but you are taking a risk of getting foodborne illness eating raw ground beef, unless they grind it themselves and take care to store and handle it properly. Also raw ground beef leaves a lot to be desired texturally.

As a reference to all you babies saying it’s RAW. 15:36 is RAW MEAT. That’s what RAW MEAT LOOKS LIKE!!!! At 17:21 it’s put under a grill to melt the cheese which means it’s continuing to cook from coming off the grill and the internal temp is still rising. By the time they cut it at 18:50 it’s been resting for 5 mins, meaning all the inside will have settled nicely and you can clearly see it’s medium/medium well.

When I started watching this I was like 'Aw hell yeah! Mac and cheese on a burger!' ...then I watched for a bit. They cooked the macaroni before they made the sauce, so it sat and congealed and got soggy in places, dried out in others. The pans they pressed the mac and cheese into were *filthy*; look at the edges of them as they smush that mixture down on top of it like it doesn't matter. The meat patties are left essentially raw. Not rare or what have you; the meat looks like it barely felt even the slightest bit of heat in the center. I'll give them props for the number of different cheeses they used, and I'm sure they get lots of customers there, but... fuckin ew. Half raw boosted heart attacks on a bun are *not* my idea of good food.

That's not filth in those pans, just a bit of "seasoning" in the hard-to-reach corners of the pan. If you've ever cooked with cast iron or carbon steel, you'll know that's totally harmless.
