It's incredible-- My old LA Rams could never beat San Francisco at home nor in the Playoffs. But for some reason we could manhandle the New York Giants in both! To add, the Giants often manhandled the 49ers. Go figure. We could beat the Giants who were the 49ers biggest nemesis, but we couldn't quite get the leg up on the 49ers.

the Rams played 49ers better in SF...we only beat them twice at home in the 1980's, i think in 1980 and 86...but then beat SF 5 times in their stadium...

I remember how nervous I’d get when the giants played the rams. I hated that match up. Everette played like Montana against us.

Giants was use to turf , they was a different team on grass , which is real football, I believe Madden said before real 🏈 is outside and on grass. Love the over head shots of the stadium and of the bliimp seems dont see that anymore

Thanks for uploading and sharing. Didn't get to see this game. Great to taylor and marshall getting what's coming to them for a change. 31:33 x2 FINALLY!! a ref summoning up enough courage to call taylor out on lining up in the neutral zone! I would bet that Tunney never was scheduled to call anymore big giant's games especially playoff games.

how did they have everyone fooled..? that would imply they came out of no where and had a great season, which wasn't the case....the Rams were a consistent winner in the 1980's....one of the best teams in the NFC that decade....
