I have to get spinal fusion surgery because of an accident at work but this didn’t stop Workmen’s Compensation carrier to send me for a IME which took away half my benefits I have a court hearing coming up and my lawyer expects the judge to reinstate my full benefits my question is I know Workmen’s Compensation will appeal it and how long do I have to wait for the appeal to come back before I can start to feed my family again
