You can submit the above form online, or you can email your complaint to [e-mail], or fax it to [phone].

I filed a discrimination/Retaliation complaint with them on November 11ish 2023. They also passed it to the EEOC.. I'm in the early stages, no movement yet. 🤞🏻

Hello. I filed a complaint and the DHR representative sat on it for almost a year. I was calling for status updates thinking it was being investigated and nothing. They contacted me recently asking me to submit the application to them (exclusively) again.The same negligent person. I think they should be under investigation! What were they doing all this time? Running the clock?

Hi my name is Dominique. My husband requested a human rights form to fill out and He had mailed it back. FYI I’m written down as truly a witness. As of now, we are waiting on an email from Human Rights. I feel like we’re at a stand still on a response. We had a lawyer local to us, we reported it to. Unfortunately it’s costly, we also received more evidence from our employer to support our claim. What else can be expected to succeed this case?

What about ongoing, excessive cyber bullying against my Autistic son? Threats, some disturbing and violent in nature. Impersonation, Disability Harassment, Humiliation, retaliation, exclusion etc. So much, that it has basically destroyed our family. Any answers you could provide, would be greatly appreciated! Hi mr white so recently I put in a few claims with The DHR, I was doing a little of my own hw and read that a defendant has 30 days to respond to a complaint made against them. What happens if they refuse to respond.

In reality, very little at first. They can generally blow through that deadline without consequences. After that they can generally seek and be granted extensions. If they fail to respond for long enough though, the investigation can go forward without their response. Essentially your complaint and testimony would be unopposed.
