Hi 🎉, I followed up with your amazing NY cookie recipes for a while, those are great, I just found you modified your recipes a little bit with removed the cake flour 🍪. I’m wondering if you changed that ingredient forever 😅.

Number of viewers asked for the substitute of the cake flour. I experimented with the combination of cornstarch and all purpose flour, it turned out to be equally good. Some fall recipes are coming soon 🙂

You can freeze the cookie dough balls for up to 1-3 months. Just make sure to store them in an airtight container or wrap them well to keep them fresh!

Did you freeze the dough? So many people are sending me pictures of their cookies after following the recipe and those are all same like my cookies.

First, you need to use the cold butter. Second, freeze the dough balls for 15 minutes before baking.
