Sigh, Dave, I feel like you're a benevolent drug pusher, every time I get my cabinet stocked up thinking "I've got 10 bags, that's enough for now" I either get an email or see a video. You're right about Yerba, every single recommendation you've given me has been Spot on, (A Brazillian friend suggested that I add freshly squeezed lemon to the first one in the AM, not for taste but added health benefit) but yah. The irony is that Mateo's story involved Starbucks, ICK. Coffee is ick, Yerba is so superior they shouldn't even be considered in the same stratosphere. Of course he switched up ;-). Much appreciate all you do Dave! Anyone who hasn't purchased from Circle of Drink, just give it a try. Yes, it's not the cheap stale stuff you can get at Publix, it's not the gross Cold stuff they sell at Whole Foods, building your mountain and not screwing it up takes some practice, so does everything worth doing. You'll be glad you did.
