Do they spray Yerba Mate with pesticides or any chemicals usually or can it grow naturally without that.How important is it to look for organic brands.For me I draw the line at spraying but do prefer the traditional brands.

I just prepared and drank my first cup of Yerba with instructions from a different video, and it did not have nearly as much info as yours does. I definitely messed up my mountain and didn't enjoy the subsequent pours as much as the first one. I am going to go make another cup using your instructions now. I may be awake for days (I also had morning coffee), but thats okay. I'm retired. 😂

I'm going to give a nice tip. Everyone should wear a copper bracelet while drinking as copper helps absorb the minerals.
