Is this a joke? NYC is living of its past glory, those days are long gone. Now all you see is bums everywhere, a crime ridden dump with outdated buildings and subway (which has feral criminals roaming down there) HK by contrast is clean, modern buildings and you can say what you want, but the crime is nowehere near anything experienced in NYC.
