It's interesting to see they sell seafood pizza! The condiments package is so convenient and sanitary, and the hot dog looks decent for an inexpensive price. 👍🌭 I guess Costco is giving back to their customers and keeping them happy by not increasing the food court prices, while they can generate their revenue through membership fees and other products they sell. Costco in the US put their buns in the steamer for a period. When you said pork hot dog, I thought a Kielbasa? I was expecting to see beef noodles being served. Guess not. Great tour of Costco. Amazing facility. I had passed by one while in Taipei but didn't go in. Thanks for bringing us along.

CostCo beef hot dogs are very salty these days. I prefer the individual packets of condiments, because the staff at each store might not be cleaning the inside of the dispensers for condiments. I worked at a 7-11 one summer in college, and none of the other employees bothered cleaning the pumps for the chilli / ketchup / mustard / relish dispensers. When I cleaned them out, they were always full of grey gunk inside. That's why I never use the pump dispensers at stores.

The thing is pork dogs are more common outside the US. we do beef because the whole Kosher thing. It’s also helpful as many religions stay away from pork. I don’t know the exact population of Jewish outside the US but if they are doing pork then likely it’s a very small minority.
