It's so hard to watch these people who are going to vote biden. I don't understand why people vote for personalities over policies. You don't have to like Trump's personality, but his policies worked so much better. Our country is so fucked right now. It's scary. I'm thankful to be in the boring Midwest, in a red state.

No, people ARE voting for policies. Trump undermined international relations with allies, conspired with foreign powers, poured tax payer money into the pockets of construction company donors to his campaign by wasting money on his border “fence” which did nothing to actually tackle the border issues, he took a thriving growing economy he inherited from Obama and tanked it, leaving Biden to now turn it around - and it is now growing again, actually better than it had been under Trump. Trump and republicans undermined women’s rights over their own bodies, he actually incited an armed violent murderous attempt to steal an election and deny the democratic will of the people in an insurrection attempt, he stole top secrets and lied about it putting patriotic serving Americans at risk, he mishandled a pandemic costing tens of thousands of avoidable deaths, and he gave away $2.4 trillion in tax cuts to the richest 50% of the people, with the vast majority going to the richest 10% with one family benefiting to the tune of billions - leaving ordinary working Americans with the extra national debt costs now which is partly why the economy was tanking when he was kicked out. Biden has steadied the ship, restored international relations, turned the economy back around into significant growth, and had tried to tackle the issues at the border which Trump told republicans to block. Anyone with any sense of the real policies and impact of both of them wouldn’t be giving Trump the time of day.
