Joined on stage by his black-suited producer, Fraser T Smith at the piano, Dave's performance included a tribute to Jack Merritt, the prison rehabilitation officer killed in last November's London Bridge attack. Merritt had worked with Christopher Omoregie, Dave's older brother who was jailed in 2012 for a gang murder.

Fraser T Smith on the Piano, super well known and respected producer in England, has produced for everyone and important in the UK (Adele, Stormzy, Dave, Kano, Ghetts, Sam Smith etc etc) Also you may of missed how dave was in all white and Fraser was in all Black, just another small detail that went into this amazing performance of diversity. My recommendation for your deep dive would be start with his blackbox or his fire in the booth, then hit a few tracks off psychodrama, squeeze in "panic attack" (live version) then do some from were all alone in this together. One track off that, "in the fire" would be a great introduction to some other great UK rappers.

In my personal experience UK is most racist country in the world. I'm Irish and had to go there for my work and the abuse I got was unbelievable. I can only imagine what's it like for my black sisters and brothers. UK decided to destroy itself by voting for Brexit. The popular vote was won so they could get rid of EU citizens who were mainly white. I can only imagine what it's like for my black brothers and sisters.
