If you’re familiar with the legal system and how it operates, I’m not saying no money was thrown around but that man coming home. In my opinion because I went to trial in Federal court in Pennsylvania. That judge purposely gave him an out. It’s no way u didn’t know what u were doing was illegal as far as as the ex parte meeting. Pay attention, who would give the defense the heads up that it took place? Either the prosecutor or the judges clerk. Most importantly, was the judges ruling on granting the motion for recusal. They said what he did wasn’t illegal when Georgia clearly states it is and has case law supporting it. So I believe it was the argument that the judge granted the motion on. Had the court granted it on the ex-parte meeting it would have been to obvious. He’s coming home💯
@mssbucki15 ай бұрын
Exactly . As soon as the judge held that ex-parte and called the sworn witness back to the stand .then he reminds him on record that he’s under oath already! When he did that I knew he threw the case ..same as the mtv road rules challenges when the teammate would throw the challenges so their buddy could win !
@AllHailKingRose5 ай бұрын
Are you implying that the judge and DA have been paid off to throw this case? Because I highly doubt that. They truly believe that their exparte meeting was in fact legal and DA Love is actually known for having these ex parte meetings in other cases that had nothing to do with YSL. They just happened to get caught, when they normally get away with it. I don’t believe anyone that works for the prosecution or the court clerk, is the mole, in my opinion.

They are really diving into 6 amendment violations at this point. The state needs to either grant bond amounts that are reasonable, Dismiss the case, or .. Dismiss the case.. If this case continues, and the state wins, defendants will easily be able to win appeal with 6 amendment violations
@aprilpatterson375 ай бұрын
I was wondering what violations already occurred that makes continuing the case pointless.
@CarsCatAliens5 ай бұрын
@@aprilpatterson37 I dont know so much if they would be classified as 'Violations' perse, however there has been misconduct on the states part that has led to the recusal of Judge Glandville which in my merger opinion should result in either a mistrial and granting bonds for the defendants, or a complete dismissal of the case as there have been Brady violations (there ya go, there's one lol) and possibly 6th amendment violations.. There are 4 markers or indicators that classify that amendment violation... What the 4 are, I do not know.. My brain finally started cooperating and remembered the Brady violations or evidence (Im not a law wizard) with mr Copeland's admissions of a crime that the defendant (s) have been charged with.. (homicide)

Why would a judge recusing herself from a 2021 irrelevant murder case be a problem? Isn't it up to judges to recuse themselves if there's a conflict or ethical reason they are required to do so? Wouldn't that just be evidence that she did what she needed to do under the guidelines? Maybe people are just so not used to seeing ethics lol. I mean Judge Shukura just recused herself from this YSL trial, does that mean that she can't take any murder cases in the next 5 years or whatever? LOL, makes no sense at all.
