I’ll be honest…ever since I saw these, I knew I was picking up at least one of the YSL quads for the packaging. It’s gorgeous! 🤗 I’m not sure which color story to go with, but this one is beautiful. I’m glad to see the formula is good! I’m excited to try it!

Yeh nothing to note really when it comes to formula. What you see if what you get and it’s long wearing. I also knew I was going to pick up at least 1 to try the formula and for the packaging. So it’s nice to own a palette with a safe color story and judging it on performance and experience alone. I really enjoyed it! I think most of the people that watch my channel have similar preferences and also love the wearable colors haha but the blue palette and gold palette look stunning as well. I might pick up another one who knows ❤️

Yeh the nice thing about having a smaller palette collection for KZbin standards is you can mentally scan your collection a bit faster. And cool toned palettes I don’t have that many off. Vega palette is a fun one to compare to coz it’s the perfect cool toned palette and you can see this YSL palette leans more neutral in comparison ❤️

Do I have these shades? Yea. DO I care? NO! I love the packaging and im going to get storage dolls for sure. I looked the other colors and they are beautiful and neutral as well. Im a suckered for a luxury quad like Charlotte Tilbury and tom ford so this is definitely my type of thing. There are a lot of people who love these type of eyeshadows and I guarantee these will sell out so if you are interested do not wait!

Omg my base!!!! This is a mix of literally a whole lot of products coz I couldn’t get it to work. Mainly looking at the chantecaille rose face tint and the rare beauty tinted moisturizer. Multiple concealers and multiple bronzers. Mainly the CT wands. Behind the scenes this video was chaotic haha I really had a bad makeup application day but I am happy it came together

Its nothing special in color story but its a quad i have been pulling for a lot. Just dependable. Better quality and longevity than my chanel eyeshadow imo. I enjoy it a lot! Also the packaging is cute. Imthis helps

Can you also recommend a mascara? I always have the problem at the end of the day it stamps under my brow

@@ilonepanis9187 I have 4 mascaras which I enjoy. The tower28 mascara gives volume and length. It’s a tubing mascara so not a lot of smudging. My biggest critism is that it gets a little clumpier the older the mascara gets. No smudging The rare beauty mascara is another favorite of mine. Similar to the tower28 in effect but looks great over time as well. I don’t remember any smudging. The volume de Chanel mascara is a favorite as well! Great length and wear time but can smudge my lower lash line at the end of the day. A very natural looking mascara without any smudging, also tubing is the Victoria Beckham beauty one. A little heavier so doesn’t hold a curl as much as the other 3 but looks the most natural out of all of them and great for the lower lashes. ❤️

I am a neutral toned girl lover and I like the Royal jungle Guerlain palette. I have demoed it once on my channel for my fall palette looks. It’s pigmented and I love the Guerlain topper shade. Only the deep brown shade I find underperforming. Overall an interesting formulation. Royal jungle is warm toned leaning and safe. The general color stories Violette comes out with for Guerlain are very unique. There is a grey toned palette with a pop of peach that is also an interesting one to look at. New Guerlain palettes are coming out for fall which are very wearable. The promo photos show a baked formula but in Asia they look to be powder eyeshadow non baked but also something to keep in mind if you are looking for neutral every day tones for Guerlain. This is a different experience than the baked formula of Guerlain and closer in experience as a Chanel palette. What you see if what you get and it’s a quick eye. I love this packaging more but the idea of translating a clutch bag to a palette is just fun.

I got the YSL Stora dolls it came not glued down and one of the shadows kinda broke . I have to say I love the TF quads way more then the YSL quad . I really want to try the Chanel quad in tesse revoli which is kinda along the same color story. We oviously have the same taste in colors ..lol I don't care home many different color toned neutral I have . Girl I have been waiting so long for LE to restock Vega I want it so bad they said they were gonna try to restock it for holiday, I bought Sorcery but I really wanted Vega .

The vega palette is slowly becoming my favorite of all the LE Palettes. I know people love the TF formula. I personally enjoy stora dolls a lot. I need the right TF color story to come my way to appreciate the formula. I would love chanel tisse rivoli as well but i have halted getting more eyeshadow palettes coz like you i have a ton of similar color stories! I love it but i am trying to hold back. ❤️. If i see a LE restock i will let you know!

Sonia, I was hoping that you may try a more daring colour story, but knew you'd go for something nice and natural. The shades in a number of the Couture Clutch Palettes have quite wearable colour stories too, but I can see a difference in the formula just from watching you. Don't forget you can mix the different shades to create colours to your own liking. I very much liked this palette and although I collect the Couture Clutch Palettes, I won't be collecting these, especially as I don't need anymore! I will try one or two to compare with the larger palettes, but that's where it'll end. I did see these advertised and if memory serves, they were supposed to be £64.00. I'm not sure what that equates to in euro's, but they didn't come close to Tom Ford, Guerlain or the Tweeds by about AUD$40.00. If they're too expensive when they do arrive here, then I'll skip. It's just that the larger palettes sell for AUD$165.00, so I can't see the point in pricing them close to these as it doesn't make sense. I'm so glad I got to finally see one used, but I'm really interested in seeing the blue/green one! I don't suppose you'll buy that will you? Guess not. It's been absolutely freezing here today with a cold front coming up from Antartica. You should see how much I was rugged up! Just remember that with YSL, they are a rather subdued look like Chanel. They're not meant to overly stand out, but give that natural, classy appearance. They're definitely not meant to look like Pat McGrath or Natasha Denona. Thanks for showing this.🇦🇺💖🕊

Omg when I was picking a palette to review I was thinking of you! I was like …. Should I do the gold/silver/peach one!?! Or should I go basic!?! I went basic coz I was afraid I wouldn’t enjoy the formula and have a color story I never wear. But I enjoy the formula! Was debating even trying out more shades but like you I am holding back! So in NL the TF are €80, Guerlain €70 and this one €70. The freaking tweed one from Chanel was €88! Like what the hellllll for 2grams. I am dead and dying but I do like the palette. So I figure i compare these since they’re kinda similarly priced. Aussie prices are so difficult to gage for me. Sometimes so much more expensive and other times cheaper!?!!? Because you mentioned the bigger YSL palettes I actually was interested in these! So you influenced me to get a mini clutch. I am a mini gal through and through. It’s finally getting warmer here in NL. So summer low makeup is preferred but these shadows lasted all day. I love them.
