Put legendary Fisherman in the starter deck, ultra rare, for Makos sake sure .. but have Something like a new quick play spell to help wash away hand traps and banish them. He also needs a legendary ocean skill card exactly how legendary ocean already is de leveling water monsters by 1 star and power up the atk by 200, but now in speed duels with the additional ability of what something like Weevil has with Hyper Metamorphosis to summon out a powerful water monster from the deck or GY with 2500 or more atk. Like while you control a level 5 or lower water monster, throw it in the graveyard and discard 1 card to summon something like Spiral Sea Serpent as the main monster or anything with over 2500 atk. With it already being powered up by 200 atk from the skills own effect, it would be awesome! We also need a new equip spell for water monsters to power them up by 700atk and maybe protect them from all trap cards or maybe kill any opponents fire or earth monster that battled your water monster .. like how Sword of dragons soul is for warrior monsters. And how Insect armor with laser cannon with 700atk is for insects. Because Power of Kaishin being 300atk for only aqua monsters doesn't cut it !

Sword Arm Of Dragon for me too. Dinosaurs weren't justified well in YGO until especially recently but then again it's Rex Raptor. A name that was soundly undervalued for who wore it except the raptor part meaning thief..

sigh i got a feeling that whomever is making these decklist are making them bad on purpose dude. The seto kaiba (wooptedo) and mai speed duel starters are still unchallenged, like for instance, the joey starter deck, no gilford and they had the gall to put pal-o-minezation in there and no meteor black dragon. now you got a deck weevil with an instant 3500 beater(ability wise) while rex got wut? serpent knight dragon......where the heck is tyrant dragon!! yea know, the card he replaced red-eyes with as his ace?? smh
