Flipping cool, One of my bucket list must-dos is to see Joan Wiffen's Dino and fossil bones.

Well worth a see. Such an important part of NZ geological history. There is also a display at the Napier Aquarium which is pretty cool, they've recreated her shed 😄

YES! Super cool to see. Napier Aquarium also have a pretty cool set up of Joan Wiffen fossils where they've recreated her workshop

Please don’t call marine reptiles and pterosaurs “Dinosaurs.” As a teacher, I have to unteach these ideas, and it isn’t easy at times after people put these ideas into kids’ heads.

These are some of the few dinosaur bones in nz very rare.. mixed in with marine reptiles and other creatures. Aware of the difference will do a video just on that soon

@@raymondjjohnsonjr363 such a shame. Thats how important archeological history gets destroyed right 😲 i can only imagine how many fossils are destroyed in NZ as they bulldoze new roads and highways

@@forfossilssake Miami just took down a large building. Archaeologists have a limited amount of time to discover what they are going to discover before the new building has to go up.
