Finley Calder, John Jeffries and Derek White. What an engine room that was.

I wonder if the ABs v Scotland two matches in this tour exposed some cracks in the AB armour after a period of fantastic dominance. Lovely to see the Sean Lineen try again- such a clever player...and he brought so much to the Scottish rugby world.

A fantastic interview with David Sole at the end...he always came across as so intelligent and articulate.

Thank you. Been hoping someone would upload footage from this tour for a long time. The Second Test was even better. That All Blacks side was seen as invincible but Scotland came close.

That was a very strong era of Scottish rugby and NZ were lucky to escape being beaten by them. In 1990 NZ were on the downside of a great era and Scotland were grand slam champions.

I remember being on the terrace for this game. It was a great day. I think I still have the programme somewhere.

David Sole and Richard Loe, two very different props but both superb in their own way.

I used to have a VHS called 'Black and Blue' about this tour. I could be wrong but I think this is footage from that video. I wish I could see the whole of that video again... it was stirring stuff. Thanks for the upload.

What’s going on with the commentary? Keith Quinn and Grant Nisbett both running play-by-play?
