New Zealands Best Caravans Insideout RV EXPO 2022

Hey team this week we head off to Ararimu to the Insideout RV yard, to show case our caravan and a bunch of the others in their yard.
Due to the Covi Roadshow being cancelled, (New Zealands largest expo) the team @ InsideoutRV still wanted to be able to offer an expo for the keen caravan shoppers to come and have a look at some of the best caravans around. to get some answers to questions and hear some experiences about the quality of these caravans from people like us.

Awesome Glad to have you on board... was a massive decision for us to get in a caravan this fancy... we camp a lot and are going full time so need something that's not gonna cause frustration... those people in the video are some subscribers don't think they have channels yet any way. I can see how the trust issue played into your purchase. I get the impression that these Aussie-made caravans are built heavy duty (am I wrong?) to cope with outback conditions and so would certainly suit NZ conditions also. Is there a vid that points out some of these differences that are over and above what you get with your typical European designed caravan?

Yea, I think all you need to do is start opening cupboards, and have a look underneath and you can very quickly see and feel which is stronger and more robust. Lots of structural steal underneath, also just coming ready to go, some new caravans are cheaper but require a bunch of extra's like better solar, more battery, more water tanks etc, where these come with 200litres of fresh 100 of grey, Weight limits is also important, the UK caravans often can not be loaded with much weight.

Price was the deciding point in our UK caravan, definitely much lighter and less robust but if treated OK they are good value for money especially second hand. We added water tanks, but are very limited in total weight available for stuff. Hopefully we will eventually be able to step up to one like the Nextgen. We started out with a trailer camper years ago and it was a great wee unit.

@@garth2876 totally agree lots of good stuff about the UK vans... I reckon if you going away a lot or planning to travel full time like going on the gravel roads might be better to get something more robust... we are really happy with our caravan and view it as an asset which is another thing to consider, good resale...thanks for the comment Garth I see your comments on lots of people's posts, lots of knowledge...

Yea was cool to be able to meet some of our peeps... Cool to see we are just ordinary people aye.... Pretty proud of the importers, great people... could be all about the business but obviously more invested then just chasing money.
