Then company said I had to through the shipping insurance company and they only gave me an option of a partial refund. Just terrible customer service and left he out to hang with no solutions!!!

First it was making horrific noises but customer service ( by the way never spoke to anyone only emails) said that it was normal. Then the fan stopped all together so I had to buy another one . Then the humidor would not cool down to 69 degrees so they sent me a new cooling unit. Then the fan stopped again and my humidity rose up. Now in between all of this were numerous emails and never could speak to anyone.So damn frustrating.

Really sorry to hear about all the issues you've had. I can't speak for everyone, but I have several Newair products and I've never had an issue with any of them. Have you tried any other brands from different companies?

have had nothing but horrible experience with my Newair humidor and the customer service is deplorable.I have had issue after issue and ZERO support. Do NOT buy their crap. And if you do good luck with talking to someone.

That's unfortunate. What kind of issues have you had? We've both used Newair for sometime now with no issues. Not to say there aren't any that have existed, but it's not something either of us has experienced with any of their units.

I have been really impressed with New Air customer service. I always get a live agent on the phone quick and they have always been helpful.
