yeah a swingers club is awesome! you get to meet a lot of really nice people and everybody is really friendly and sex is not needed perse, but it happens but everybody mostly is really chill and relaxed. There is so much cheating in the world but there you can feel free and everything is open. Some people think it is perverted. Well that is their opinion. But we swingers don't do anything wrong and we are the most relaxed, live loving kind of people. Enjoy life! You live only once! But yes you have to be broad minded and not be jelous or weird and be at ease when naked around other people. I call it FREEDOM! The world is tough enough! Namaste!

The most important thing in all relationships is honest communication. In the lifestyle, if you as a couple are not completely honest with each other, you put your marriage at risk. Through the years, we have seen so many marriages fall apart. I'm not saying that it was the swinging which caused the break-ups, but I'd bet in almost every one of them, it was failure to openly and honestly communicate.

Before attending any swingers club make sure and visit the clubs website for information such as dress code. In our club coletteclubs.com this is what you will find regarding dress code for men: "We would like to see you dress as though you were going out to an upscale restaurant or nightclub. Dress sexy and to impress. For the guys, this could mean a polo, button-down or casual shirt or designer t-shirt with slacks or nice jeans and some men prefer to wear a jacket. We ask that the guys do not wear work jeans, sports shoes, flip flops, jerseys, oversized clothing, baggy shirts, shorts or ball caps please."

Well for starters you can get honest with the reason behind this issue. What is it that bothers you about someone else with your partner? Be descriptive in your reasoning. Often times, when we take the time to zero in on what triggers us we can begin to understand why and only then can we begin the process of working through our "issue." For example, if the thought of your partner with another creates anger, then you can take the anger and define it deeper. Is the anger coming from some fear? Are you in fear that this other person will somehow be better than you? Do you have feelings of abandonment? Self esteem? Insecurity? Being able to express our deeper emotion to our partner can be key in working through what is happening. But like I said in the beginning you have to be willing to be vulnerable in your honest feelings.

@@gfam2023 Even though we know our partner loves us from a sum total place, we can still find ourselves in fear when it comes to other people. If an open relationship is something you are both wanting, yet you keep coming up against fears, you might want to consider talking with someone who can help you navigate your way through what's bothering you.

Please dont take this the wrong way but I tend to think you folks may be ducking some responsibility. If you were offering say, skydiving, you would certainly do more than just counsel others on what they need to be doing. I can easily imagine Orientation Night once a week or a series of dedicated nights for people at various levels. What is being dealt with here is a pretty sophisticated level of bonding and needs to be regarded as such....IMHO.

Personally this whole swingers thing disgusts me and I know that the first thing that would come out of John and Jackies mouths would be that I don't understand their concept. I believe in monogamy but not being naive to that infidelity happens. I could not share my husband with other women in any way. John has said it's a huge turn on for him to see his wife with other men. Somehow I see that as perverted. Dirty.... In marriage there should be one man, one woman. Are there not other ways to " spice up" and or " strengthen" ones marriage. I have to say live and let live but this to me is out there and very disrespectful to ones partners. I don't get it nor would I want to even investigate it . For me, from a moral viewpoint this is just WRONG. Very Immoral!!!

Hi Trudy, thanks for your comment. John and I are very much aware that not everyone is going to agree with our relationship model. But, there are millions of couples who do want information on consensual non monogamy. Like you, they only want to be able to create a relationship that works for them. All relationships are highly personal...what works for one couple won't work for another. Not because one is right and one is wrong, but because the needs, desires, and perspectives of those involved vary. The motive of our videos is not to convert anyone away from what they believe or what they strive to achieve in their own life, after all we want people to have the freedom to believe what they believe.
