Loooove this vehicle!!! I would definitely consider this vehicle over the E-class and 5-series... but not the A6 😁 probably because I really like the Audi S6 a lot!!!

I don't like the feature at 3:57 .... That button should be somewhere more comfortable to reach and not on the seat you are trying to move. And I also don't like the climate controls. That unit looks like an old radio unit of a 90ies car - that square block with it's unique black buttons that are different from the rest (see silver buttons used in this car).... It looks integrated but actually it is not. Else the car looks amazing!

Did Genesis confirm the 2G/3G limitation? I thought maybe the window sticker was incorrect, since my 6-year-old Audi S3 came with 4G wireless and the ROK is a leader in wireless tech. At any rate, that sure is a gorgeous car!

The gear selector is horrible UI. It should not have been put that close to the media control with too similar a shape and size.

It's not the gear selector. It's the ui peripheral design. Jaguar, Land Rover, FCA all have rotating gear selectors and they are fine. The rotating screen control that's recessed into the console is the issue. I sure hope nobody spills a drink on it.

@@NewCarSpin In the previous generation G80, the media control is where the gear selector is now on the new one. It was a smaller rotary and button combo affair. Not only did they decide to replace the lever style shifter but they decide to movie it to where the old media control used to be.

@@NewCarSpin The problem is, if they're the type that rests your hand on that center rest or you're used to the media control in that area (you owned a previous G80), that gear selector placement is going to be an annoyance until you've trained yourself. Fortunately there's safeties in place but still doesn't excuse the problem existing in the first place. Acura does the individual shaped buttons in the same location their old gear lever selector used to be. Genesis could have just made the selector as individual buttons and place them to the right of the start/stop button if they didn't want to copy Acura, would have been better than what they ended up doing.

I have a 2021 G80. I rest my wrist on the gear selector and that puts my fingers on the dial. You can also use the center of the scroll wheel as a hand writing recognizing surface. I LOVE this car.
