Clearly an American who doesn't have a clue about football. The ICF (West Ham) were one of the most infamous football hooligan organisations. They left bloodshed everywhere they weren't and were involved in some of the worst incidents. The only others firms to out do them were the Chelsea Headhunters and Millwalls F Troop. Some of England's biggest names in organized crime and under ground fighting etc, came from the ICF.
