Newcastle upon Tyne Cycle Route - Wallsend (Coast Road) to South Gosforth

With the path/cycle path on the North Side of the coast road being out of action, someone asked me the best way to get from the Coast Road/Station Road roundabout (Wallsend) to South Gosforth. This is the route i would take and its quite quick and virtually all off road on cycle paths.
