I agree. I'd like to see her come back AFTER she had made that hidden talent mature. The voice is sweet but needs cultivating. I think Sophie is adorable and deserves a true chance..but only if she's willing to do the right by her voice and that means making it stronger and more mature in sound

Why would people always judge somebody through their family and connections..She went to audition on x factor coz she wants to show people that she is normal too..that if you wanna be able to achieve what you wanna be you gotta start like norm people do..and x factor is her choice,why would she put herself in this type of situation if she could just use her father's influence to get famous??and why would I try so hard if I were Gene Simmons kid?such humble person..I'm amazed..

She needs to belt it next time. Her biggest problem is that clearly her voice gets shaky when she softens her voice, so that has to be corrected, and either turn up the mic or sing with more confidence, girl.

And if she had auditioned behind a screen with no visual and not using her full name, would she have made it? We'll never known. And while she may be good, there are a LOT of really good singers. If she wanted to make it on her own, she wouldn't have used her full name. And again.... would she have made it on "The Voice"? They wouldn't have seen her audition or known her name until AFTER she sang.

hmm no I'm not convinced. Did you see the very short clip at the very beginning of the video? He looked nervous. He's wearing sunglasses inside, that tells me he's either got vision problems or he's hiding his eyes because he's worried that others will see his emotions. And if he'd been raised to believe that men have to be manly all the time, he's probably crossing his arms as a defence mechanism so that other men don't accuse him of being 'soft'. I could be wrong of course :-)

Sweetly done and very nice, but Sophie honey..you need that "UHHHPHHMM" in the voice to get people's attention. I love and respect the Simmons family..but Simon (who is normally SPOT ON AND RIGHT 99.9% of the time) said yes only to get ratings in my opinion. L.A Reid got it right. Nice but not enough.
