I plan to watch this entire series with an open yet skeptical mind to see how they approach the issues of balance of power, deterrence, and active aggressors. The enemy gets a vote.

Please explore the economics of wastage and war and also the hypocrisy of ESG and War and how to defund weapons manufacturers and disrupt their supply chains 🙏🏼

Thank you for discussing this. War reverses any progress economies make. Let us remember that reparations is also calculated into repairing the effects of war, which can impact the economy of the ones paying reparations.

How can there be peace when one country’s definition of it relies on its unfettered access to the resources and labor of another’s? In El Salvador, for example, the USA was the sponsor of the government that served the interests of the extremely wealthy. Peace broke down in a revolutionary attempt by the masses to make their collective lives better and get justice. The USA, a major player of the war, then hosted “peace” talks as it also wields unilateral power in the UN and in the Breton Woods organizations.

War is also really profitable, for a few. Perhaps this is why many economists look the other way.

Is this the dude from Succession?

This video is not about the succession of a powerful corrupt dynasty, but about the succession of the next generation, i.e. the future of the species.

3:31 "Militaries are among the world's biggest emitters of greenhouse gases..." The graphic shown says the US military emitted as much greenhouse gas in 23 years as 256 million cars emit in 1 year, which is about 1.2 billion metric tons. But that's only 1% of US emissions and 0.1% of global emissions over the same time period. Whoever edited in the graphics should have given global military emissions, which are allegedly around 5% of total emissions.
