Mad respect to Kaynes for such a prolific prediction.

I'd be curious to hear which Marxists see plunder as something that merely happened in a by-gone era. The Marxists I read understood that there is primitive and ongoing accumulation by plunder. Very good lecture, in any case.

Digitalism will take over Capitalism. Then there will be no war; just humanly fight. Excellent content and presentation. After the abolition of private property (not personal property) fights cease also.

I wish Eisenhower never uttered the words "military industrial complex". Today every half-wit on the planet lets that phrase fall out of their face and considers themselves some kind of prophet imbued with the wisdom of the ancients.

Colonization, plundering of other lands is not a modern phenomena. Any study of ancient history will show how wide it was in Greek, Roman and earlier times.

Vietnam War is not a proxy war
@nguyenhuytuquan3 ай бұрын
Why not? Soviet Union and China backed the North. The U.S backed the south. It's a civil war backed by Great powers - meaning a proxy war. From 1964 onward, the U.S force joined battles on the ground. The war had a new feature: foreign interference.
