Yes but you'll need to likely remote mount the IAC or battery relocate as well as extend wiring to have the intake on the passenger side. There's a couple Panthers running his kit. Just found out about him actually. I was going to build a 2011 Town Car but when the car came up for sale I was already too far in my Vic to restart. Above anything else, manual swap is a must! (Not literally)

If it wasn't obvious, remote mount IAC would be the way to go 😂 You might have to trim the wiper cowl.... Who needs wipers anyway!

If you can still get the adapter plates. Not going to be direct plug and play most likely. Belt will be longer as well. I don't really recall my 5.4 with a 4.6 intake much anymore. I ended up parting the car but it's certainly doable.
