She actually recorded all those scenes in public spontaneously, she had to pay money for jumping in the fountain and not wearing helmet after the video!! People around her going crazy were real reaction cause it was a surprise and unannounced

El video de loca se empezó a grabar en un estudio y Shakira se dió cuenta que no iba con la canción así que salieron a la calle a grabarlo fue tan improvisado que a los motoristas no les conocía de nada y bueno luego tuvo que pagar varias multas por ir sin casco, bañarse en una fuente pública... Pero sin duda mereció la pena es un vídeo muy divertido 🤩
