It would be interesting to analyze how successful NewFound Hope has been at helping addicts compared to other licensed facilities? NewFound Hope may well be a scam but licensing is sometimes used as a means of limiting access to a lucrative market to those people with connections. Are there competitors in the treatment market that may be exerting their political influence to rid themselves of the competition?
