i never use shampoo without 1/3 -1/2 condish added 1x, then DILUTED apple cider ving.Last wash w/ condish. Add her leave-in formula to wet hair, which autom stretches hair. Then i let air dry. Flat iron next day. LOVE her leave-in formula + seal with very light amt of Vaseline to keep stretched. Hair is now thicker & longer. I finally have a thick full bun after 3 yrs of breakage
