This is actually the first time I heard the whole story about Hanni's claim that Ador denied her additional Korean lessons. What a strange incident. She was twisting what happened, then when people started blaming MHJ, she turned around and was like "oops, that's not what I meant!" And the Seventeen misunderstanding, too. It's wild that she ended up at the NA to speak on bullying when the only specific thing she had was the "ignore her" comment. It's unclear. If ADOR offers them new schedules and they refuse, then that's a breach of contract. The company will likely not sue until the court ruling is finished though, but it's possible that NewJeans will switch gears and file for an injunction. We'll have to wait and see.

@@SolitudeDayys Well.. for one at the Assembly she gets the date wrong in her description - she names the Busan date/she got her make-up done for that - which was a day later - a day Illit was not even in the country. Mind you she went to Min and her lawyer before going to the Assmbly and was drilled for over an hour in what to say/how to behave. The incident is interesting not only because her Korean is so bad that she had been felt attacked by Seventeen before when they wanted to make her feel welcome and she had to learn a common Korean word at the Assembly. Originally the incident was adressed within 30 days among others with the BeLift CEO in attendence, Min and the girls/her. The footage they found showed Illit bowing in a 90 degree angle to her. There is no sound recording in the first place. Only later after Min was no longer CEO the incident went public and the girls claimed that the incident happened 10 to 15 minutes later after Illit got their make-up done. At that point 30 days were passed and as it is the law in SK the recording was deleted. Why did she not say anything on the day of the meeting? Why was she still waiting alone in the corridor? Especially since the girls have their own make-up room? The witnesses say nothing happened. It is pretty ridiclous to say that Illit's manager - read "babysitter" - had any power or influence over a singer of another label in the first place. That manager on the other hand had a break down because this issue was pushed again and again in public with her getting a lot of hate - in fact the girls wanted to make her picture public.

She definetly did not meet Illit on the Busan date - illit was not even in the country. Funnily enough there is footage showing of the Illit members bowing to her 90 degrees. They saw that in a meeting with Min and the BeLift CEO. It is only later that she claimed the incident took place 10 to 15 minutes later. But after 30 day the laws of SK demands that the recordings are deleted. Why was she still there in the corridor? Alone? NJ have their own make-up room.

So basically, CCTV footage has to be deleted irreversibly by law after a certain amount of time. The only way you can retain footage is if that footage is subject to investigation. According to BeLift, when Hanni first raised this issue she did not have a specific date and time that it occurred. So HYBE had their staff comb through footage until they could find instances of Hanni and Illit interacting within that timeframe. There weren't many because, as it was later revealed, NewJeans has a private dressing room. They finally find the clip and preserve this footage. It shows Hanni and Illit greeting each other. Hanni then says that the incident actually happened after this instance, when Illit was leaving the dressing room, and after they greeted her a second time is when the manager made the comment... The only reason this specific clip was allowed to be preserved is because it was subject to investigation though. The security assured her that they did not see any other instances of them interacting within that time frame after combing through hours of footage, and that the rest of it was deleted as is required by law. It's also worth noting that BeLift asserts Hanni (Min Heejin's side is what they called it) changed her story after the fact but I digress. Footage was deleted because ALL CCTV footage has to be destroyed after a certain amount of time. They could not legally retain it.

i dont think she fully lied..cuz hybe is know to be unfair in all different ways like overworking idols (enhypen), the weekly industry reports, favoritism towards trainees and certain members (wonhee (btw not blaming her cuz how is it her fault they like her) ,buying awards, iland (many fans say it was almost inhumane), stock price manipulation, chart manipulation, sexualizing minors (eg.cookie- nwjns but also a lot of other groups) etc. so knowing this, mistreatment of Newjeans is very possible.. However cuz somethings in this situation be a misunderstanding. Yes. And the timing of the exposal is weird but it could be newjeans deepening a crack to get their needs/wishes met.

HYBE is not unfair. They are not overworking their Idols. Fun Fact the Idols of HYBE are in control and they love their job. Not to mention artist managment is on the individual label which in Enhypen's case is BeLift. Enhypen are old enough to make their own decisions but also young enough to make not so bright ones like doing tours so much. Mind you they need the experience if they want to be global stars and time may be running out for that faster than we like. Because when BTS went on hiatus the global interst in K-pop went down quiet a bit. Everyone believed that others could take their place and that there was a demand for more K-pop - which is not the case - and as a result numbers are going down. K-pop is very fast-paced and the fast pace may be the only chance for artist to break into the global market since the interest is only shortterm which means it must be constantly stimulated - especially with the global markets trying to push them out - after all who wants to share their power/money/market? The industry report? Every marketing team of a big comapny does that. Everyone else is likely to fail sooner or later or a liar. Funny is also that the true people being called out are the haters that wrote those comments but no one seems to care that those are quotes. They did collect more than hate btw - they also collected praise and suggestions. Favoritism? Not, really. Every artist has different needs and interests. What you are falling for are the solo/anti/manti narratives who forget what their fav got and others did not. HYBE never ever bought an award - they do not care enough for that. Awards are nice but not worth buying. There is zero proof of that just hater claims - that can/possibly will be sued for that. Because music is not the Olympics.

iLand was not inhuman - in fact it was quiet luxurious - you are talking about a different Idol program. Kakao and SM did stock manipulation - which you seem to have missed. It is the CEO of Kakao that was arrested not anyone in HYBE. Min did album pushing for her girls - by convincing distributors to buy more and in turn send her girls in for special events to help to sell more. HYBE won the cases of the accusations of chart manipulation in court. S* minors? Lol. That was Min, too. You should definetly get better sources that the gossip headlines you are reading: Try HYBE BOY (who links his sources and translates) Seoulite TV (who also has sources and goes for nuances intranslations) Asian Entertainment and Culture (especially "10 manipulation tactics Min HeeJin used in her press conference") The Dispatch articles were quiet juicy and did not speak for Min or her girls. Both Min's Kakao messages and the recent proof of her manipulation. But as she said: The only thing she needs is healdines - no one cares if they are true or corrected a few hours later. It was investigated in time. Footage showed the Illit members bowing to her at 90 degrees. The BeLift CEO, Min and the girls saw it. There was never sound in the first place. Later - much later - she claimed it was 10 to 15 minutes later when the Illit girls had they are make-up done that the incident happened. But after 30 days footage must be deleted according to SK law. Funnily she describes that she was there to get her make-up done for Busan - which was the next day - a day Illit was in Japan. You seem to have missed all explanations ADOR/HYBE/BeLift gave as you also missed the callout from lawyers and different organizations against the girls because you can not break a contract like that. They would have to sue and proof that ADOR/BeLift/HYBE were in the wrong - which they can't or they would try. You also missed Dispatch dropping Min's Kakao messages - those are damaging - and their juicy article more recently that prove she is a liar as are the girls who claimed they did what they did independently. X is not a source nor are gossip articles.

Hybe does hate New Jeans. NJ has caused a shitload of trouble for Hybe and put them in a sticky situation of having to pretend everything will be fine if NJ just returns to the fold. Hybe is walking the same tightrope as the girls except there's a lot more sketchy stuff that's been said about the girls that may or may not have been said by Hybe (officially or unofficially) so they've got to look on the up and up and only use cut-outs like the Kmusic assoc to attack them from the edges. I don't think the girls have lied though. They know everything they do and say is being scrutinized and will be used against them in court, so you can't give Hybe any leverage against them. There may be a wild card in all this too. Don't know all the details, but I've read reports that Korea's ex-prez stole money from BTS. How you would do this isn't clear, but any good investigator is now going to wonder if the guy was tapping other Hybe accounts/artists as well. Another supposition that will have to be checked is if Bang was doing this in return for the gov in return for preferential treatment and possibly legal pressure against New Jeans. Not saying any of this is proven, just that it's going to be an area that will be investigated and would likely take precedence over a contract dispute and may sideline that until this is resolved. If it is true, Bang's going to be sharing a cell with the ex-prez and that's going to be that for NJ's contract with Hybe, and possibly other of their acts as well.

Bang does not care enough about the girls to do anything. Not his circus not his problem. HYBE/BeLift/ADOR/Source Music has been very transparent about what happened and they do have receipts. Which is why they are sueing Min and the contract is looked at in court soon - because you can not break a contract like that. The Busan concert was paied for by HYBE - and they were not supposed to do that - the politicans of the Expo comittee are at fault. The only thing they could have got was BTS's exception but the members were never going to do that and Jin announced his enlistment directly after the concert.

In this case, it is a 30 days. 2 months after the incident, the footage is reviewed and it is suggested that the incident happened after what was shown in the footage. They are unable to retrieve the further footage to it already being deleted. This has been interpreted as a malicious action when it wasn't the case. They never deliberately deleted the footage and there is nothing to suggest otherwise
