I'm a master tech for a major rv center, been doing this for a very long time and i can say this is the best van conversion i have ever seen - actually you had me when you showed the garage plumbing. I work on the Tellaro vans alot and these are to me something Jayco crapped out in a hurry the next morning after taco tuesday, nothing but junk in every sense of the word, perhaps the most unfriendly van ever made. This layout is perfect and the craftsmanship is nothing less than perfect - you have a great shop and talent to put out work like this. I build conversions in my spare time, working on #3 and i loved some of the new features in this unit. I might be wrong but im placing this one at about 160k finished. i wouldnt hesitate recommending your shop to someone willing to spend to get what they want.

@roslolian11 you're right. However, this is the case now for the majority of builds. Every square inch has some gadget shaved into it.. I need like a 3x3 space to get dressed, sit down, and put my shoes on, and do both without hitting my head on something

@@Liimpy maybe you need a different vehicle or just buy an empty van if you want the most space. Most people buy these vans to have gadgets there otherwise they wont shell out a kot of money they will just DIY.

I watch a lot of van tours. This buildout is truly one of the best, and most practical I've seen. I personally would not have the induction cooktop be a permanent fixture but I understand for insurance and RV designation, this is required. The fact that the owner can sleep sideways is a real help in van layout. Kudos to the builder!

This is what I want. I travel w/5 dogs. I need floor space. I want drawers like this and no dinette. I love this design. A larger fridge is needed, I prepare my dogs' food, so I need to store it until eaten. Thx for featuring this build. I love it.

Get an older short Class C. Much more space. I find these small vans way too claustrophobic. Class B is nice for driving but not living. You need floor space and also more height. Class C stays cool for dogs.

Love the countertop! Thin, functional, pretty, and not heavy like butcher block! Wish the analog displays wall was this material instead of a padded look. That padded look is not sleek but old fashioned. Thinsulate + wool is the best insulation. Very nice ceiling too.

Really excellent workmanship. The things you don't readily see like plumbing and electrical say a lot about the builder. I wonder why no roof rack though? You do a nice job with your videos by just letting your guests do the talking.

@hill-n-dalefarm it's a Trelino. We got rid of our cassette toilet, and bought this. It separates the poo and urine. Poo goes into a disposable bag. You add coconut coir, hampster shavings, or used, dry coffe grounds to the poo to absorb moisture and smell. The urine bottle is soo much lighter and easy to empty in a bathroom toilet. The poo bag is tied up and disposed just like baby diapers or cat litter. We love the Trelino! One downside...the seat isn't as comfortable as the cassette seat, but the other advantages far outweigh that. Also, we have used hampster shavings, and coffee grounds. We prefer the coffee grounds. Hampster shavings smell like a hampster cage! But, they are readily available, so in a pinch, they work. I'm thinking of putting a puppy pee pad at the bottom of the poo bag. We've not had any leaks, but just in case.

I am desperately looking for a camper for myself to be my full time home, but there is clearly NO WAY I can afford any of these companies in America. The UK ones are pretty rubbish. I have seen perhaps 2 companies I like. It’s really tough, as I would have been happy to get a designer and hire the right people to make the fittings then complete myself, but I’m relatively recently disabled due to medical negligence, and it’s practically impossible to sue the NHS, so I have just sold my house and have to wait for the completion to see what money I will have left for the van, but it’s never going to be this much. I’m really starting to properly freak out now as I’m basically going to be homeless with my two dogs.

Nice van, just 0 floor space, especially moving around the space with multiple people with dogs, someone has to sit down, for someone else to pass , or tripping over dogs, you essentially have like 1ft hallways to move around
