Those look like the Schindler 6400NA elevators I found at Bally's Las Vegas! They have the same fixtures and chimes. The name of these fixtures is MAD BS Moon. Schindler also uses the MAD BN Dune fixtures for these types of mods as well.

***** 6400NA is a new mid-rise modernization model by Schindler. It is a complete mod package that replaces the controller, motor, cables, door operators, door safety sensors and the car interior. You can also get PORT destination dispatch with 6400NA, but the usual fixtures that come with 6400NA are the MAD BS Moon (on this elevator) or MAD BN Dune (at the Linq Hotel, Las Vegas). If you'd like to know more about 6400NA, just search "Schindler 6400NA" on google and the top result should be a PDF webpage from Schindler about 6400NA.

Elevating Denver So this was my VERY EVER FIRST 6400NA, that is so awesome!!!!! :D I'd never heard of that! I have a daylight take of this coming later. So 6400NA is another one of the best new models along with the 3300's. This is TOTALLY AWESOME!

You're correct their JimLi those are MAD BS Vandal resistant fixtures. When target was in Canada for a year there were a couple stores with elevators it had the same fixtures but the target that is closest to me in Halifax had innovation bruiser. The company that installed them was a non-unionized company called CKG elevators and they installed all the elevators in the target Canada stores. TylerRStudios - TheShangamGuy Gaming Wrong 400a is discontinued in 2012 and the suceedor 400ae was discontinued as well in 2014 and this model replaced those as well so no.

6400 is a modernization package. 400A was installations and are usually MRL.
