Hi Max, very nice ranch. The only thing I don't like about ranch styles is when you open the front door boom you in LR. I wish it was at least a small foyer.

Max this is a nice all brick home. I think that fireplace should have been painted gray with white trim to match the walls of the home. Also, that front door likes dated with those three diamond shapes, so maybe a newer looking door would help that front entrance.

BTW, did this home sale for list price, higher, lower or is it still on the market? The living space as you enter the home is way to small for my taste. It makes the house mostly bedrooms and doesn't offer much living space outside of the bedrooms. I guess you could make one the bedrooms a den for living space and still be left with 3 bedrooms which would suit most families quite well. I'd make the bedroom just behind the living room/family room to give me more living space outside of the narrower space as you walk in the home. But I do love a good ole brick home.

Homes will only sell for what the market will buy / appraise. Older does not mean lower cost and we have 100 year old homes that sell for more (per square foot) than brand new homes. Area, size and condition dictate real estate values. Thanks for your feedback.
