I agree... I've been saying for a long time now, string em up IMMEDIATELY. If they're 100% sure they have the right person of course. But don't waste the courts time and tax payers money on these monsters! They will ONLY re-offend, given the chance and most times it's even worse! It's time these monsters see swift punishment and rid the world of these demons in disguise.

It's the lax laws over there. The public doesn't seem to come first when laws are made. I don't know what or who they are thinking about when making the laws. The people are why laws are made and harsh laws and punishment are for the citizens that don't know how to act. Innocent, law-abiding people don't have any problems with harsh laws and punishments, it doesn't affect them in a bad way at all. So these wrist-slapping judges are protecting the criminals which makes no sense for a country that used to hang people all the time. I love the crime stories from back in the 18th and 19th centuries, even earlier than that if I can find them on KZbin. I'm an American and we have some decent punishments. But there is still those cases where they practically hand the criminals a free pass and something really bad comes from it but then they will definitely get life without parole or the death penalty depending on what state it is. I think it's stupid that different states have different laws though and some of the most horrific crimes happen in the no death penalty states. It's pretty obvious why that is. People want to advocate for these devils but I really think if it were their family they would get a taste of reality and it might stop the gushing of those bleeding hearts. People try to fight for these sub-humans and have never experienced what some families have gone through. They seem to be pretty sure violent crime will never strike them.
@annahuffman7304

There is a law In California called the 3 strike law that I believe gives someone a life sentence after they get 3 felonies. That is basically throwing away the key here as a life sentence usually means life instead of just 15 years or something.

I read an article on The Horse Whisperer a few years ago. Forgotten his name. He's a trainer that was brutalized by his Dad pretty often, in fact, put him in the hospital after beating him with a chain. He wanted to train horses differently than what he'd seen and came up with a kinder round pen "meet up" approach. It's incredible to watch when the light comes on in the horses head like "he's not going to hurt me". He also works with at risk youth at his center. I'm not sure what switch is flipped during abuse or why it just doesn't in some people. God bless.

I'm in favor of a system that punishes severely the ones that refuse to be rehabilitated. Let's say someone commits a violent crime and gets sentenced to whatever years in prison. After that someone gets released, he/she commits yet another violent crime. In this case I defend that this someone should be punished in a more severe way. (death penalty, life without the possibility of parole) I may even go a step further and remove any sorts of human rights for those found guilty of committing the most horrific crimes. I don't care if persons like Arthur Hutchinson get tortured for years. This man showed that he is nothing but a non-human monster that has no care for nothing but his own gains. If people like this don't care about the suffering they cause to innocents why should the innocent care about these rats' rights... Burn him in a stake all naked in front of everyone, I'm sure that there would be tons of people enjoying his screams of pain echoing thought the plaza. I don't even care about those arguments saying that Jesus gave the other cheek and all that. What happens when someone gives the other can be seen in this case. Something much worse happened. Violent criminals that refuse to be rehabilitated do not deserve any rights that protect them from suffering the same that they caused to others. In the days of old if you would be caught stealing they would cut out your hands, I'm pretty sure that one without hands is unable to steal again. Obviously this is an exaggerated point, but it does show how something cruel towards a criminal can actually dissuade them from committing the crime in the first place. What I'm trying to say is that most laws (in western civilisation) regarding violent crimes are too soft and should be made much, much. worse.

It's daily hell growing up in that environment. On constant alert. Constant defense. Destruction of self esteem. Constant fear and trauma. I dont blame him for what he did.

When a person acts up like that is undoubtedly childhood trauma. I know this because I was mistreated by the people that were supposed to love me. I have so much hate in my heart for every one. I’m sixty and I still suffer. I feel sorry for this guy.

It is sad but all who live ungodly will perish and suffer in the lake of fire for all eternity unless they repent and believe the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Right I am older than you and treated horribly. But I did not become a murderer. Sorry I feel no sorrow for someone who kills to fall back on their raising. Not all with disgusting childhoods act like that!

not true. A lot of people have childhood trauma and they don't murder or rape anyone. Also, not every murderer had a bad childhood.

It is very sad when a child is horribly mistreated especially by people who are supposed to love them. But no one GETS A PASS for criminal and evil behavior just because they may or may not have had childhood trauma. Evil is evil! End of story! And make no mistake about this...God punishes evildoers and there is no escape from His judgment and wrath unless you fall on your knees and repent and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

I've seen 4 episodes that Real Crime has produced today. In each of them, Dr. Elizabeth Yardley has repeatedly used the word "narcissist" as a derogatory way of describing and then dismissing the criminal. Hmm. Narcissism has a meaning. She's a criminologist, not a psychiatrist. When it's over used like this, it's relevance is greatly diminished.

THE HOLY BIBLE SAYS, 'train up a boy according to the way for him; even when he grows old, he will NOT turn aside from it." Showing the value of very early training, discipline, boundaries & consequences. The Bible has never ever been wrong & therefore should be looked upon as our SUPREME training manual.
