They get out on "good behavior". There is not "enough" money to keep them in the over filling jail. Depends on where you live aswel.. Now even when poland took away basic human rights even more women and kids will fall victim to predators. It's disgusting... I would just put them down like the monsters they are. They are a waste of space and we can only hope they get what they deserve in jail.

@@nemix5284 That all changed a lot in Poland in 2022. People can get up to life without parole for murder in Poland now, in particularly heinous cases. (For whatever reason, they still have a statute of limitation for murder, but it has at least been increased from 30 to 40 years.) The punishment for rape has increased, as has sexual crimes against children. We do have life without parole in Norway, too, but part of the penalty is difficult to understand for lay people. Anders Breivik was sentenced to the max 21 years in prison for the bombing in Oslo and the mass murder of mostly minors on Utoya. But once he is done with that, he go straight to "indefinite secure confinement". Which for all intents and practical purposes means that his life behind bars continues. He will never get out.

In the 70s, as soon as it became clear that Kunowski was a compulsive repeated offender, he should have been labeled as such and locked up for life in a facility where he was closely monitored and could not escape from. This case is unique. His ability to escape from prison multiple times, always make enough money to have cash in hand, over seventy rapes, stole three cars, crossed borders illegally, aquire a fake Portuguese pass port. This was the most dangerous criminal Poland has ever had in recorded history. The most not top ten but number one. He had a determination to rape that could been compared to genghis Kahn’s determination to wage war. He raped his cell mate in prison. This man was not the meek child molester we would all like to see him as. He was a demon, an unhinged remorseless animal and totally devoid of any fear. He came from hell and to hell he has returned

A sex change early would have been best for him.

That's actually a good idea. Let him have a sex change and put him in a cell with another rapist.

28:09 How does he threaten a women in a car with a knife? Is no one questioning this? I can't be the only one thinking this is stupid. I'm pretty sure a car wins against a knife in literally every single scenario. This isn't a gun. You can just scroll up your windows assuming they are open in the first place. Lock your doors and they can't do anything to you. They going to smash the window with a rock? Your in a car, drive away. And you can't even argue it's to prevent him from damaging the car. I would rather him scratch my car with a knife than to allow a obvious criminal who is threatening me to drive it and probably crash it. That woman is stupid. I'm sorry, but it's true.

I had to assume her window was open.. Otherwise, it's painfully puzzling.

@@tonirose6776 That's what I'm saying, just drive, you can't get into a good stabbing position when the car moves.
