Late 90's maybe. Besides the electronics it sounds way to Polished & structured for most early 90's Rock Fans. They'd of definitely been complaining about the song being just shy of 3 minutes for sure. The average song length was 4 to 5 minutes. The mid 90's is when most of the industry staryed reducing it down to 3,which was virtually achieved by 2,000 Even the Punk Bands,which was typically shorter than other genres,were still jamming out 4 minute songs until the Agenda had been rolled out. *Not meant as a Diss to NM!!* Just saying it'd of been *more like Mc'Fly having the realization that...* *"Oh,I guess you're not Ready for that yet huh! Well don't worry. Your Grandkids are gonna Love it!!!"*
