I mean the fact the body ends up getting actually sick for the drugs without them, and can have long-term symptoms that do not dissipate ( POST ACUTE WITHDRAWAL SYNDROME) but its basically, me just being irritated w/ *Future's ignorant glamorization of something seriously painful & potentially dangerous* (I can hear the xanny callin) = Xanax, only need to eat 2 ''bars'' of Alprazolam(the medicine inside xanax or as slang referenced, xanny's) but 2 bars daily 2+weeks daily only, literally 14+days.. some people die from seizure upon withdrawal. by 45-60 days, you cannot cold turkey.. or u risk Grand mal seizures induced by GABA receptor site downregulation, which are dangerous & can cause death, detoxing/tapering off xanax/any drug in this class usually takes YEARS of taking a nail-file to a pill and shaving off the smallest possible amount, or putting the pill in 500ml of water, and pouring out 5ml per 1month because the detox is so serious & potentially lethal. Makes you go insane. You can detox safely off things like percocet(reference perkys) because Opiate withdrawal, although very painful & stressful, often causing the illusion that death is a possibility via how bad you feel + withdrawal induced severe panic attacks, you can get *off them safely UNLIKE xanax/any benzodiazepine drug*// In some way, addiction is the worst facet of it, but the health-consequences to chemical dependency are absolutely horrifying, and will make people act & do & be in situations they would simply never be in, purely from what drugs that are physically addictive(the ones mentioned in this song) can produce over time in essence can permanently damage humans without them knowing, before its too late.
