Listen Dooodo. FBI has no authority in India, so don't act so smart. They are calling over VOIP calls which are very hard and impossible to trace, with scammer voice changed. He only hung up so he can scam someone else, trust me he did not hid in a cave from FBI.

My dad tells the scam caller’s he’s going to get his credit card and will be right back , then goes in another room and watches tv for awhile and returns and says , I’m still looking , hold on. He does this till they hang up.

Heard from an Indian scammer, that is the white people from USA working with us giving us information and how to scam. As much as the USA thinks it controls the world, the FBI cannot do anything in India, now will India turn over a scammer to the USA. There is no other FBI working in India, except for an unknown FBI living in India. At the end of the day, the USA is desperate to have better ties with India, than India with the USA. Just like theft cannot be stopped nor will scamming. The USA has allowed other countries to use US numbers, so who is the criminal here. The USA got away by killing Bin Laden in Pakistan and paid them hush money. Try entering India without their permission and see what happens, The USA is weak. Even when USA soldiers were training Indian soldiers on the mountains, they wanted distilled water and oxygen tanks to breathe off while Indian soldiers were laughing their brains off and the only thing they learned was to use oxygen tanks lol. Mark Rober has shut down 1 (What a joke let's have a parade and a few more are open now they are operating with technology from on the road in the apartment which they change daily. Even the scam calls from USA Jail are still coming, just had one a few months back. FBI can only tell Indian authority but are helpless to go to India and make arrest, Keep on dreaming and stay in La La Land. Smoke the pot and imagine mickey is a female.

I worked for a police training academy. Some idiot called the number with a scam like this. I put him on hold and asked one of the officers to take the call. He picked up the phone and gave his rank and name and the guy hug up.

I also have fun every time I get a scam call. I answer by saying they are calling McDonald's then ask for their order, or they are calling a funeral home. Or I would just answer them in different languages and cursing them in the different languages I know. It's so much fun. But this one is one of the best so far!!! Love it.

The best way I've discovered to get rid of them. And we did this when caller ID first came out in the 80's. Announce the call as a police department. So as an example only, "This is the Los Angeles police department, how may I help you?". Use a nearby city, not your own. Trust me, they will get rid of your number real quick! Not sure if it's legal today to do that, but we still do for the various scams still calling.

Once I asked a cold-call salesman about his own phone number, full name, address, email, his company's also, his boss's phone and address, etc. The reason was that "I also sell some things and will get back to you for promotion of my products". Never got bothered again.

I keep getting calls with the scammer asking personal questions about whether I have pain or arthritis. So I turn the tables and ask "How about you? Do you have pain? Do you have arthritis?" If they say yes, I commiserate and give suggestions on changing their diet to get rid of the pain. If they say no, I congratulate them. They keep asking, and I keep asking everything they ask me. When they start getting mad I say, "Well you were so nice to call and ask how I am, I thought I should do the same for you. Do you have any other health concerns? How is your family doing?" It's interesting to see how long they keep trying to get me to go along with their intrusive questions before they hang up. I figure after a number of these time-wasting calls I will be taken off their call list.
