New Hampshire, New York and Mass are not part of Ct… The word regional will create nothing but problems.. States must stay sovereign. Besides the savings they are talking about won’t be enough to matter. By the time they approve it , 10 other expenses will go up. The older I get the more I need to conserve ? Ridiculous!
