Charles is the name of the same guy that was in the store when the gun was purchased. The same guy, Charles whose vehicle was photographed following Mica’s car on the freeway. His story doesn't add up with the facts, he literally interfered with the crime scene, and why is he the only "witness" being interviewed? I'm not saying he is guilty of a murder conspiracy, but it IS possible. It's possible that he is a friend of the JP's lawyer or JP himself, and was in on the murder-made-to-look-like-suicide. The lawyer lived on property which directly connects to this park, with JP's boat being stored there, with direct access to the park's water system where Mica was found. DIRECT WATER ACCESS. The attorney is an AI geek, and can afford the high end AI software that could have faked her 911 call. He had almost as much to lose as JP if Mica were to expose them. He probably records ALL of his phone calls and would have plenty of material to use to reconstruct Mica's voice, and even give it sad tones at times. Easy to prep ahead of time and test before "going live", as those calls follow a script. A lot of NPD-Psychopaths work together to see innocent people harmed (because they enjoy that and/or owe favors), with some LE also happy to expedite a cause of death or cremation, expunge JP's felony records (which they did so he could buy firearms), ignore blatant evidence of crimes, dismiss real witnesses, neglect to follow up on real leads, etc. Thanks for being a critical thinker!!

The fishy fisherman was out on his lil boat on the water & he said he heard crying and a single gun shot ... He then proceeded to motorboat over to the shoreline tie his boat up and enter the woods where the gunshot came from to enter unfamiliar woods unbeknownst to what or who is in the woods or what just took place , shooting / murder yet he trecks right into the line of fire - danger zone and he then finds a bag unattended and he has no idea what is in that bag or whos close by with a gun and he decided to go threw the bag and hes unarmed and puts his life in danger to basically walk into a crime scene and start tampering with evidence while the shooter may still be there because the shot was just moments before he boated over and walked into woods unarmed to where he herd a gunshot ! Im born and raised country boy and everyone knows state parks guns are prohibited and i know if i hear a gunshot or shots im not walking anywhere into that direction unarmed myself and i definitely wouldn't touch anything that didn't belong to me ... his ear witness account and his actions seem suspect and i saw pics of the gun recovered from water that she purchased to off herself supposedly and the barrel was clearly bent and her hand being slammed in car door during struggle would be consistent with bent barrel and her bruised / possibly broken hand ... this whole case is weird !
