My long lost cousin attended service there. The pastor preached and his wife and sons kept the (closed) books. They'd go on preaching trips ( with the church's money), bought several H-D motorcycles (out of church funds) for the pastor's family to ride around Montana preaching, etc. There was a young preacher just newly graduated out of the Seminary College back in Missouri (?) and he came out here (wanted to find an Indian bride). Pastor asked who could put him up for a week ( notice the pastor didn't volunteer...?) and when no one could find room for him, my cousin said he'd find room. Well, one week turned into two, and two into three, and only after that did he take the hint to move on ( oh, after eating the fridge and cupboards bare w/o thinking of offering compensation and throwing a Bowie knife into the walls multiple times during knife practice ). My cousin ( an accountant ) and several members of the congregation approached the pastor about looking at / auditing the books only to be rebuffed and berated. There are signs every where if you know what to look for. The bigger the church, the bigger the graft and corruption ( think Catholic church ). Cults can be very controlling. ☆

A local Church in my area with just one pastor was immediately closed down when the pastor was accused of grooming young woman and adult women. The leadership dismissed the pastor and they did the right thing. The church is now defunct. The problem with church accountability happens when the pastor refuses to be under the church board of elders or deacons and instead declares himself the leader with final decision making. This whole story is just so incredibly strange. This congregation has no discernment but they probably boasted that their church had its own plane. "Solid Rock", the irony in the name they chose. True. We had a guy in a nearby town who did something similar. Killed his wife but made it look like suicide. He was cheating on her. A few months after he blew her up in their house, he was crossing a sidewalk with his new girlfriend. A car struck and killed him instantly. God is not mocked. Makes me wonder what will happen to JP, but justice will be coming !

Mica was a hot young girl, who loved Jesus and loved the world. Just like me. Looking back I cringe at some of my actions and have truly repented. I believe Mica lived it all, saw it all and her stand for righteousness led to her demise. There was a point wgen she start saying no. She became a number one enemy they had to wipe out. Mica was a martyr.

We had a man start coming to our church who dressed nice but your stomach did flip flops. He was looking for children to be near in SS. When we told him no he couldn't work with the kids he never came back again. The fact he wore 6 rings, all with skull and crossbones was a pretty good clue.
