Metro is suitable only within city limits not for longer routes 1km 1station here ponnamelle 26km 30 station this will take more time to reach outer areas this will slowdown avg speed 30km because of curves in phase 2

DOUBLE DECKER IS NOT FROM VADAPALANI. BUT IT IS ONLY BETWEEN ALWARTIRUNAGAR AND ALAPAKAM JUNCTION. THERE ARE ONLY FOUR STATIONS IN THIS SECTION VIZ. ALWARTIRUNAGAR, VALASARAVAKAM, KARAPAKAM AND ALAPAKAM JUNCTION. THERE IS CROSS OVER FACILTY AT ALAPAKAM AND LINE FOUR TRAINS CAN CROSS OVER TO LINE FIVE AS IS ALANDUR FOR LINES ONE AND TWO TOWARDS AIRPORT.
