At least 522 lawsuits have been filed against Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside Hospital and a former orthopedic surgeon there, Dr. David Heekin.

I beg to differ. I had colon cancer surgery at St. Vincent's Riverside. My doctor and the nursing staff were nothing but wonderful. They saved my life. 5 years, and my latest CT scan showed I'm still all clear.

It is not a class action lawsuit because of a new law change thanks to Trump's adminstration... All lawsuits gotta be filed by 1 person, not a group.

Every nurse who worked with him should be fired and arrested. They looked the other way. They didn’t report him.

When this story first broke, it was reported that nurses who worked in the operating room with Dr. Heekin DID report him to administration. Admin did nothing about it. They were the ones who looked the other way. As the reporter in this video stated - the hospital made a profit from the injuries suffered by Dr. Heekin's patients. The almighty dollar is always the bottom line, unfortunately.
